Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (Virginia Beach, VA)

Summit Bright Staffing connects candidates and employers across the Virginia Beach region. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Virginia Beach. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to candidate screening. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on candidate screening. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Virginia Beach. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
