Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (Virginia Beach, VA)

Fernwood Wren Care Services provides in-home and community support in Virginia Beach, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to visit scheduling. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on visit scheduling. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Virginia Beach, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
