Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (Tulsa, OK)

Silverline Cedar Telecom provides broadband and phone service around Tulsa. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to service installations. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on service installations. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
