Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (Tucson, AZ)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Fox Learning Group and adding a Senior Recruiter whose main responsibility will be interview scheduling. You would join a small organisation of about 159 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to family communication. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on family communication. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
