Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (Tucson, AZ)

Stonegate Amber Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Tucson. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to classroom supplies. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on classroom supplies. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Tucson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
