Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (Tucson, AZ)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Birch Freight and adding a Senior Recruiter whose main responsibility will be interview scheduling. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to proof of delivery. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on proof of delivery. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
