Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (Tucson, AZ)

Harborlight Thistle Early Learning Group is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for meal programmes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to meal programmes. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on meal programmes. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
