Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (Tucson, AZ)

Amberfield Pike Property Management Group is a Tucson property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to maintenance requests. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on maintenance requests. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
