Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (Tucson, AZ)

Harborlight Yarrow Banking Services is a regional lender in Tucson with branches and a growing mobile service, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to fraud alerts. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on fraud alerts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Tucson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
