Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (Tucson, AZ)

Lumen Rook Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Tucson, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. You would join a large organisation of about 769 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to waiting lists. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on waiting lists. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
