Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (Tucson, AZ)

Bright Cedar Banking Services is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for fraud alerts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to fraud alerts. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on fraud alerts. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
