Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (Tucson, AZ)

Amberfield Maple Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Tucson. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to licensing records. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on licensing records. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Tucson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
