Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (Tucson, AZ)

Amberfield Orchard Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Tucson area, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. You would join a large organisation of about 516 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to outage reports. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on outage reports. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
