Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (Tucson, AZ)

Stonegate Juniper Legal Group is a Tucson practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to document review. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on document review. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
