Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (Tucson, AZ)

Cedar Quill Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Tucson, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. You would join a small organisation of about 200 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to supply orders. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on supply orders. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
