Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (Toledo, OH)

Northwind Pine Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Toledo. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. You would join a small organisation of about 132 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to promotions. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on promotions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
