Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (Seattle, WA)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Cobalt Insurance Group and adding a Senior Recruiter whose main responsibility will be interview scheduling. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to customer complaints. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on customer complaints. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
