Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (Seattle, WA)

Greenridge Yarrow Health Group runs clinics and patient services around Seattle, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to referrals. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on referrals. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
