Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (Seattle, WA)

Clearpath Orchard Legal Group is a Seattle practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. You would join a small organisation of about 38 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to document review. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on document review. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
