Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (Seattle, WA)

Stonegate Clear Freight is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for claims, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 513 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to claims. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on claims.
