Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (Seattle, WA)

We are growing our team at Northwind Vale Markets and adding a Senior Recruiter whose main responsibility will be interview scheduling. You would join a small organisation of about 47 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to shrink and waste. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on shrink and waste. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
