Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (Seattle, WA)

Ironwood Haven Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Seattle. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. You would join a small organisation of about 15 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to learning materials. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on learning materials. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
