Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (Seattle, WA)

Greenridge Juniper Banking Services Group is a regional lender in Seattle with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. You would join a large organisation of about 647 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to loan files. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on loan files. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
