Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (Savannah, GA)

Fernwood Lakeside Freight is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for dock schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to dock schedules. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on dock schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
