Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (San Jose, CA)

Westbrook Iron Insurance is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for policy renewals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to policy renewals. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on policy renewals. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in San Jose. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
