Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (San Diego, CA)

Harborlight Kestrel Staffing Partners connects candidates and employers across the San Diego region. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to client orders. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on client orders. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
