Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (San Diego, CA)

Amberfield Basin Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around San Diego, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to deposit accounts. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on deposit accounts. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in San Diego. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
