Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (San Diego, CA)

Foxglove Lantern Property Management is a San Diego property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. You would join a small organisation of about 26 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to unit turnovers. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on unit turnovers. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in San Diego. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
