Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (Salt Lake City, UT)

Ironwood Oak Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Salt Lake City. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to supplier orders. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on supplier orders. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
