Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (Salt Lake City, UT)

Bluepeak Linden Hospitality Group is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for guest bookings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 186 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to guest bookings. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on guest bookings. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Salt Lake City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
