Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (Sacramento, CA)

Cedar Maple Housing is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for resident services, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to resident services. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on resident services. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Sacramento. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
