Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (Sacramento, CA)

Bluepeak Wren Care Services provides in-home and community support in Sacramento. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to caregiver training. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on caregiver training. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Sacramento. • We reply to every applicant.
