Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (Sacramento, CA)

Clearpath Rowan Environmental Services is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for weigh tickets, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to weigh tickets. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on weigh tickets. • Local job-centre and school contacts.
