Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (Richmond, VA)

Stonegate Ashton Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Richmond serving households and small businesses, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to account openings. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on account openings. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Richmond, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
