Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (Richmond, VA)

Clearpath Cross Facilities is a facilities company in Richmond with crews on day and night shifts, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to contractor visits. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on contractor visits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Richmond. • We reply to every applicant.
