Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (Reno, NV)

Northwind Ivory Health runs clinics and patient services around Reno, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to patient scheduling. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on patient scheduling. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Reno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
