Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Westbrook Lakeside Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Grand Rapids area, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. We invest in training. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to field visits. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on field visits. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Grand Rapids. • We reply to every applicant.
