Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Nova Keystone Health is a healthcare provider in Omaha with clinics and support teams. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to electronic records. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on electronic records. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
