Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Nova Cobalt Learning Group is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for learning materials, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 219 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to learning materials. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on learning materials. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Boston. • We reply to every applicant.
