Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Lumen Meadow Staffing is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for client orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to client orders. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on client orders. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Salt Lake City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
