Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Stonegate Linden Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Boise area, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. Guests remember kindness. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to supplier orders. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on supplier orders. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
