Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Summit Fox Community Partners is a nonprofit in Kansas City supporting families with food, housing and job help. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to grant reporting. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on grant reporting. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
