Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Clearpath Meridian Telecom provides broadband and phone service around Indianapolis. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to service installations. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on service installations. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Indianapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
