Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Rivermark Oak Freight Group is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for loads and lanes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 115 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to loads and lanes. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on loads and lanes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in San Jose. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
