Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Bright Fox Staffing is a Anchorage staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. Speed and follow-up matter. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to retention. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on retention. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Anchorage. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
