Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Stonegate Yarrow Freight is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for proof of delivery, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We reward reliability. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to proof of delivery. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on proof of delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
