Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Bluepeak Ember Financial Group is a financial-services company in Buffalo, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. You would join a small organisation of about 198 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to loan applications. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on loan applications. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Buffalo. • We reply to every applicant.
