Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Highbridge Forge Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Boise with routes, transfer stations and recycling. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. You would join a small organisation of about 136 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to weigh tickets. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on weigh tickets. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
