Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Bright Ember Markets serves neighbourhoods around Wichita with fresh food and everyday goods, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to pricing. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on pricing. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
