Senior Recruiter - interview scheduling (remote)

Rivermark Thistle Staffing is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for client orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Speed and follow-up matter. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to client orders. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on client orders. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
